      Theme park benefits such as tickets and hotel discounts

      Cons

      Management is miserable and could care less about you. You work outdoors so it gets hot. Guests don’t listen/follow rules and management doesn’t back you up.

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
