      Great benefits for a part time college student.

      Cons

      Lots of standing in the sun. Being outside in 100 degree florida heat followed by afternoon showers and humidity was not the most fun. Not very diverse in management. As a POC it was very off putting having almost all my superiors being Caucasians.

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
