Work life balance has been wonderful, expectations are clear, support is consistent and over all job atmosphere is healthy. This company puts its employees and customers first and is dedicated to thir success and happiness. Teams are managed with a strong ethical and moral compass to do what's right. Great place to work.

Sometimes the support from corporate office can be a little to much and overly involved with on-site operations. This can leave you feeling like you don't have a say sometimes. Overall this is not a regular occurrence. Something that I just manage.

Always changing policies. You would think after 10 years they would have this figured out. Regionals do not have any help therefore they offer little help during their visits. My regional was on her phone 90% of the time. Accountants are all overworked with reporting. Too many calls and reports. 60% of our time was reporting. When things got really bad in leasing there was nobody that could truly help you. No opportunity for advancement. 5 out of 8 regionals were fired, demoted or quit. Two regionals quit and they never replaced them. Instead they made the current regionals take on the extra load. This is typical with all of their positions. No recognition for great employees.
