The office and location is nice and conveniently located. Despite all soul-crushing efforts, organization has some really talented and wonderful individuals. Good place to gain some knowledge and experience - but make sure you have a plan so you don't become miserable or complacent.
Cons
You are pretty much guaranteed to die a little more each day working at this wonderfully dysfunctional company! This company's culture reeks of blame, dirty politics, racism, discrimination, incompetence, guilty pizza, and budget-friendly bagels.
