Univest is a publicly traded company with a small company feel. Management is strong and make themselves available. HR is attentive and make hiring process transparent.
Cons
Some things move at big company pace. Some items may need ot be approved at corporate level which can take some time. Most crucial items (that impact your commission compensation) are done quickly.

Cons
Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.
