Base pay was great Fully remote (company is out of Oregon), lived in Boston. Not overly micromanaged Strong client portfolio

Commission structure was poorly constructed Path for success/growth unclear Personally felt the ideas given to me from management for outreach and ICP weren't great, I branched out into other companies and found more success.
