Pros
My time at Unsupervised lasted just long enough for me to realize that the product that the company was trying to sell didn't really exist. I watched experienced and successful Sales reps with proven track records work their butts off and close 0 deals in their first year. There are some wonderful, brilliant and hard working people at this company with the best of intentions, but I RAN back to my previous company when it became clear that the executives were in denial about the root causes of the company's challenges. I hope they figure it out because they're a great group of people but I have a family to provide for and have too little faith that it will happen to stick around.
Cons
Leadership can't seem to see what's really going on. Executives hired an inflexible CRO. When his "plan" did not see results he just kept pushing the same points harder and harder rather than pivoting (he is no longer there). The product isn't being marketed properly and requires too much hands on work to be truly effective.
