He said its filled with thrills, mysteries, dumbness, and sudden shocks, rarely seen in Species these days (referring to the upper management here).

Starting from the Management to the head of the Company, everything is bad. HR snitches on people and even the CEO secretly ask several members of the company to snitch on the employees and convey the information to him. I have observed 5 employees leaving the company because of its management during my tenure. Even my stipend of mere 5000 INR was withheld for a month and a half without any due notification and even the HR refused to reply to my emails and calls for transferring my due stipend. Also, the CEO was prevalent in stealing ideas from other startups to pitch them as his own and this was duly noted when further research was conducted for development. If any intern wishes to be a part of this company, I would sincerely ask them to refrain from doing so. Even most of the former employees, who I am in contact with, left the company within a month of my departure from the position.
