Pros

You will gain transferable skill to apply to a company that values your work ethic

Cons

This company treats you like a machine/property. All they care about is money and do not care how unhappy their employees are. The Managers are awful, especially the new hire manager and the mentor team. You've been warned they will cut you after they have used every ounce of work ethic you've ever had. The training process is terrible, and they do not provide the proper support to do your job. The company as a whole may be reputable but the manager they have over the new hire team is ruthless. The manager told me in a meeting once that "d's get degree." That's exactly how poorly you will be trained and if you are not a self motivated learner you will not succeed at this job. There are some good mentors but mostly they are just looking out for their own paychecks. The people in managerial roles do not care about the employees. This is not a career to pursue if you are looking for job security.

Pros

Strong work-life balance, supportive leadership, and a collaborative culture that feels more people-focused than many large corporations. Hybrid flexibility, solid benefits, and long-term stability make it a great place to build a career. There are also good opportunities for internal growth and cross-functional experience.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes move slowly due to layers of process and approvals. Compensation may not always be as competitive as larger tech-focused companies, and organizational changes or transformation initiatives can occasionally create ambiguity or shifting priorities. Like many large enterprises, bureaucracy can at times impact speed and innovation.
