Matt and Josh are some of the best leaders in the game today. I worked for this company for a little over a year, and still to this day have a lasting relationship with the leadership team here, they always go above and beyond to help their team succeed. I had so much growth personally and professionally, that would not have been possible without the amazing people here. Team culture is amazing as well, everyone gets along great and the make it a point to have fun as well as get job done.

You must enjoy working remotely, the HQ is in Atlanta, If you're seeking a fun office environment, this isn't the place for you as they are fully remote. However, if you're a strong, independent worker who doesn't need hand-holding every day, this is a great place to thrive and build a long career. Metrics driven, but I have never been in a sales role that isn't based off metrics and production, specifically in staffing.
