      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work for Upper Crust is the safe environment, especially during COVID. Management made sure that no one will enter the premise without being fully tested. Once the shift started, my direct supervisor made sure that I am in the right position, safe and following all the safety guidelines.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to provide, as the company does it best, at least, in my case, to ensure, I am working in a happy and friendly environment.

      Managers are nice, easy to talk to Great atmosphere Great food Great hours Very good job first job

      Cons

      Lots of attitudes to balance, not ideal if unprepared Barely minimum wage, not good if working for money. Tip share doesn’t make up for much either Worked a lot harder than what you are working for Favoritism
