9yWe are so sorry that you had a negative experience with Upper Lake. We have done some restructuring in the the management and human resources departments in the last year, and we are excited to be more present and available to the employees in the call center.
Upper Lake does have a zero tolerance policy for "lying" or "cheating" accounts. Our customers are very important to us, and the livelihood of our company.
