There are some great people here. But far and few. Very unstructured in management. Very much so ran with a strong force of men within management. Extreme lack of technology. Dont let "virtual teller" give hope on that...

upper management is a bit too involved in your job. Very unstructured overall operations.

The pay was pretty good. There were quite a few really great people that worked there.

There were some very strange quirks... for example, the sun would shine through my office window directly onto my computer screen for 1-2 hours each day. I hoped we could get some blinds or a shade. Turns out, they had a custom one already made in the basement... but as I was preparing to grab and install it, at least 4 people warned me that I'm playing with fire and others will have a major issue with it. In the end, I wasn't able to use it. Strange, hey?! Also, watch out if you're given a laptop to use. It is likely used and may have old software on it that you can get in trouble for.
