- Great co-workers & great sense of teamwork! Engineers, document control specialists, HR specialists, accountants and project engineers all work well together
- Great work schedule flexibility, half days every Friday
- Document control system, IT system and company resources are fantastic
Cons
- Most of management team does not work well with teams they are supervising
- Managers seem to have a lot of trouble prioritizing and managing projects, providing a solid medium between clients and workers they are supervising
- Career development, training and further education initiatives are virtually non-existent (perhaps because it is an EPCM)
