Terrible management - Graphic Designer Urban Customz Employee Review

The management's conduct is highly unprofessional. This company exploits recent college graduates and designers who have immigrated and lack alternative job options by paying them less than what a jr. Designer actually makes. Despite being a design role, they offer only minimum wage, expecting designers to double as sales representatives. It's evident early on that the owner, lacking a graphic design background, disrespects her designers. On minimum wage, you're tasked with producing subpar designs that you can't even showcase in your portfolio, while also serving as a sales rep for a manager unwilling to hire sufficient staff for the store.
