Horrible management - Deli Clerk Urban Grocer Employee Review

Inexperienced management. Overworked and underpaid staff. HR has no idea how to keep personal information confidential. Absolutely no communication between departments, despite the size of each of them and the store. The owners nephew comes in he is verbally abusive and bosses everyone around, even though he is not employed with the company. No way to move up in the company and even though there was talk about 3month, 6 month and yearly reviews you will either be forgotten about or have to beg them to give you one to even get a raise.
