Pros
One of the pros to working at this company is that they are family owned so they treat all employees as members of their family. Additionally, they allow you to make your own schedule if you are not a salaried employee. This allows people to work an additional job on the side without any conflict.
Cons
However, since it is a catering company and they have many on-call employees you don't always get scheduled on your desired dates, if at all. It was hard to maintain a consistent schedule and income.
