Not many. Decent PTO if you negotiate that up front.
Cons
Benefits package is abysmal. Insurance one of the worst I have seen in years. Costly with high copay, deductibles, and coverage. No matching 401k, no stock, no incentives. No cost of living, no merit, nothing to incentivize, nothing other than fear to motivate. No raises given in over 5 years. Salaries are a joke. Over 60...youre gone. 90% of all people that have recently left the company are over 60. If you keep your head down and dont make waves you'll survive. They reward dedicated people by firing them.
