      Poor management, lack of control or actual power from direct superiors, promotions department as a whole is treated poorly by the company overall. Many false promises of growth from this specific department

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
