The overall company culture is very supportive as they’re a charity and help people in need. They occasionally hire people who start off as volunteers and invest time and money on them.

They’re very outdated in every possible way technologically and in terms of their estates! Also their politics can be very toxic as they only care for people who have been working there since the previous century...
