Pros
There are a few genuine Senior Leaders that want to help you succeed. You get a work from home day depending on your job title.
Cons
In my time working in the Administrative Office I’ve been the victim of nasty behavior from 4 individuals in senior leadership. It’s as if they think the people who are not apart of the senior leadership team are stupid. After reporting one senior leader to HR for the aggression and uncomfortability I faced, I was retaliated against. The individual was actively trying to get me fired. The staff on the 16th floor are very cliqued up and will give you a blank stare when you say good morning to them if you don’t have a certain job title or skin color. Some of the individuals will literally gossip about you not even know who you are as a person. The culture here is very high school mind you many people in this office are over the age of 50. This is not a very welcoming place and it can literally suck the life out of you if you let it so please don’t let it. The pay is embarrassing and they expect you to do your job and 3 others. No matter how hard you work if they don’t like you you will get treated like your garbage.
