      Pros

      Flexible hours, 28 days hols, plus bank holidays. Work approx 8 hours per day.

      Cons

      5-6 weeks with no day off putting up xmas trees and no choice about it. Frustration re putting wrong plant in wrong places. No one is actually listening. Easy job but the frustrations during the day spill over to your home life.

      The rest of it pay is laughable, no clue how organize a full day at work , drive for 3 hours to water plants . The online learning it long and boring unnecessary.
