Constant fear of losing your job. You are forced to sign an at will contract and I have seen people fired without a reason. I was constantly watching every action of mine to ensure I never gave them a reason to let me go. It worked until they decided to get a new parent company and they just let everyone go without a reason. I have seen top performing sales reps let go because they just weren't liked that much. I have seen people forced out and let go for absolutely no reason. It's a scary place to be
