      Pros

      Good basic salary and bonus on offer if you work hard for it. Also good career path to progress to a senior agent.

      Cons

      Long hours but you get out with what you put in. Some advisors are earning over £100k a year. You can’t expect to work 9-5 on the phone and earn £100k.

      - Some friendly staff - Location (Right by the lakes)

      Cons

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition
