      Pros

      Company has a wonderful culture where they promote growth and learning. The management care about their employees. Having the ability to be hybrid and/or remote creates a nice work/life balance. The people I work with are smart, kind, low maintenance, and are always willing to collaborate. The benefits here are amazing.

      Cons

      My coworkers are all over the country, I do not get to meet with them in-person.

      Cranking out the same stuff as quickly as possible, not much room for personal growth or innovation
