I've been in tech for many years and have never witnessed such a high level of interest from executives, including CEOs.
Cons
Our processes are still fresh and maturing. Employees are expected to get the important things done without the need to always be told what to do next. If you don't like a dynamic environment along with constant learning and change, then you won't like working here.
