Usermind is an awesome startup with a great product that could be revolutionary. As an individual in such a small company the impact you can have on the success is huge. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things, step up and take on new responsibilities, and grow as the company grows. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and you can learn a lot from them.
Cons
Mostly the typical startup complaints, you'll find these almost anywhere. Pace is fast and pressure can be high. Can be randomizing and stressful, but in the end if we can build a successful company it will be totally worth it.

What do you mean "could" be revolutionary?! It IS revolutionary, and the line-up of current and potential customers proves it.
You will work with some of the most amazingly talented individuals you have ever worked with. Journey Orchestration and Journey Analytics are a hot topic so there is lots of interest from companies.
Cons
Usermind sells to large enterprises so the deals are complex and can take some time. That said, the client list is a who's who of large enterprises and there is significant and tangible business benefit to the companies that invest in Usermind's technology.
