Not much to say, it was quite good.

I will always cherish the time I spent working for the company. CEO, CTO are from IIT and they have connections in both academia and industry. I can see the company growing exponentially in the future. Pros. As far as your work goes, you will be your own boss. Expect minimum guidance from the team. You will get to work on your area of interest and eventually you will find yourself solving the problems on your own.As long as you are showing the progress you'll be fine. -> A team with talented group of individuals. Vision of the company is novel and impressive. -> A sea of opportunities: Some of my colleagues went to pursue higher education in esteemed universities abroad. Some found their dream job and some are working at a senior position in Ushva. All this happened in one year. The company is growing and it will keep on doing so.

Working in a startup is not easy. You'd be spending more time in the office/working for the company. You may not experience the work-life balance as you expected.
