Pros
1) You workin’ with straight-up pros, fam. Folks so smart they debug in their sleep.
2) Day 1 as an intern? Boom — feature in your lap. No coffee runs, just real work.
3) Frontend scary? Backend givin’ you nightmares? Chill, the mentors here got hands-on-healing powers. You gon’ learn QUICK.
4) Remote life, baby! Roll outta bed → open laptop → you “at work”.
4 hours at home = 8 hours in office. Simple math.
5) Meetings short, vibes good, stress low. And yes, you can eat snacks with your mic off.
6) Your confidence? Going from “uhh maybe?” to “move, I got this.”
7) Latest techstack. Explore, explore, explore!
Cons
1) Documenting code as a part of process wouldn't hurt. When I joined, if there was proper documentation for each feature, it would have been easier. Half the time goes into figuring out why this code was written and how it is expected to work. Just a suggestion, but I have seen worse in the past, so can't complain much.
2) Feedback kinda quiet over here. And for an Intern → FTE path, that feedback low-key important. But if you mostly here to learn and level up, you can manage without it
