Hard getting many students and parents involved and to participate virtually

Working remote was convenient for me.

Every year, the leadership comes up with some new method to fix test scores and makes teachers redo everything. The elementary leadership is pretty good but the middle school is horrible. The principal there doesn't know what she's doing but she picks people to throw under the bus so the consequences don't fall on her own head.
