There are no pros to work here.

I was here for 2 Months and saw 4 managers being fired who just spent about 6 or 7 months in company. The management is very volatile and mindset is to hire and fire in short time. If you are looking for stability this is not the company. There is no stability here which does not motivates to work. Moreover, company is not willing to invest even a penny for their improvement and they simple pressurize employees. The internal environment is also very disrespectful to each and every employee doesn't matter at what level.

Boss is Great, Wanting to improve

No increases, no trust in employees, shutdowns take your vacation days 2 weeks per year.
