Pros

Excluding upper management employees support each other from time to time.

Cons

- Company: No Employee On-boarding or Training... Good Luck on your 1st day. No Growth or Goals No Opportunity No Annual Review Process No Merit Increases High Turnover (Average Employment >1 Year) Expensive Benefits if you have kids No Culture Software & Tools Outdated - CEO Doesn't support management with his own direction (Bus Drives them over their direct reports). Micro-manages and doesn't communicate back Doesn't read emails sent to him Makes decisions regarding your department w/o consulting you. Doesn't respect and value his employees More concerned about his personal home issues than helping his employees. Doesn't value his employees

Pros

During my time with the company, one of the standout aspects was their unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. The company consistently prioritized understanding and meeting the needs of its clients, fostering an environment that was supportive and focused on delivering excellent service. This customer-centric approach not only benefited the clients but also created a positive work culture that encouraged collaboration and innovation.

Cons

One of the challenges I faced during my tenure was the absence of a remote work option. This limitation made the commute to the office, which was quite far for many employees, a significant factor in work-life balance. Additionally, while the company offered competitive compensation, there was room for improvement to align with industry standards and acknowledge the contributions of employees more effectively.

Pros

Low-key, easy to keep up with workload. Benefits are pretty good once you've been an employee for several years

Cons

After a couple of management changes, the company does not have a dedicated in-office VP, and the CEO is never in the office, so he essentially relies on word-of-mouth to know who is performing well or not (which can be unreliable, since HR and some managers will twist stories around if they don't like you). There is an operations manager who has already been responsible for several people leaving due to micromanaging outside her scope and overstepping personal boundaries. Also, if you or your spouse has a medical emergency, then you will be written up and threatened to be fired for missing work - even if you send notice on the day of the emergency, send daily updates while you are in the hospital, and return to work with a doctor note excusing you for all included dates. The company also largely put an end to promoting from within, leaving no room for advancement.
