Pros
Always did enjoy the team ethic and atmosphere at Utilize. It is the thing I miss most about working there with the other engineers. As with any place of work, the tough times were tough but the teams always pulled together. It was more like having a bunch of mates. I only left to be closer to home as the commute was quite long. Other pros: Fair pay, commission, opportunity to earn extra cash doing out of hours work, progression, friends outside of work for life, very technical team who are willing to share information (even now I occassionally speak to and old colleague or 2 there for help), many staff have been there for over a decade, flexibility with working patterns
