CEO went on vacation for several weeks continuously after they acquired a company and lacked any involvement or direction in steering the company. C-Suite never seemed to communicate with all members of C-suite, CFO and CEO seemed to be calling the shots remotely without deep knowledge of how to run the acquired company.
