I could not find any downsides when we compare with any of the normal startups right now in the industry as right time salary is the crucial aspect every startup fails to provide,but Uvionics Tech does it with out any fail till date.

For the past 2 years, I have been working and learning from this great firm which helped me build my knowledge and career. A team of enthusiastic people and great motivators around which helped me a lot and found the gem in me .

The only thing to point out was , some times there lacked a person to lead the herd but the herd was always on right track .
