Pros

Only pro , this is one of the very few colleges which is crediting salary every month.

Cons

Loss of pay silly reasons, Faculty should collect fees from students, During the morning,Intervel and lunch some faculty will be the incharge of discipline of students. Faculty are asked to go to nearby schools and collect the current 12th biology and csc students list and individually canvass them to join the vsb college, Daily there will be two meetings All the Saturdays are working days If a student is absent for more than three days of a month, Parents are invited and students are criticized infront of them. two day salary cut for one day un announced leave, four day salary cut for two day leave. if the faculty is absent for four days his whole month salary will be cut or withhled. you cannot leave the institute as you like it. all the joining faculties are forced to sign the bond for three to four years. if you want to leave the institute before the bond period you will have to pay three month salary. all the resignations will be processed only in the February month and any faculty want to leave the institute in the months other than that of February he has to pay six month salary. then only you can retrieve your certificates.

Worst management - constant surveillance no peace of mind Teachers treated like slaves - lack of respect, zero free hours Inadequate facilities - Food, restroom cleanliness
