      There are no pros.This organisation is totally nonsense with no structure.People are hired & fired at the drop of the hat.CMD himself delegates you mundane jobs which are nowhere related to your profile.

      No work culture Very high attrition rate >70% No chain of command Bothersome & unstructured way of working. Useless & daily changing reports Confused employees

      Good option for growth if you show result. Sometimes micro management also, depends upon your boss, good company to start your career and learn about business.
