Pros
You get the minimum benefits for being a VA, they pay the taxes, contributions and HMO for you, the office, the equipment and the added bonus is just the free breakfast meal for those onsite
Cons
You get lowball and if you are matched to an awful client, no one is gonna be on your side nor defend you even though you are doing a good job. In my case, I got to do work more than my pay and the moment I raise my concerns with my client they just gaslight you when its job to let your concerns through to your client. Mind you they will make you feel replaceable and the rules they set on the VAs are NOT consistent. They deducted the entire bonus I have received yet they did not deduct it from others even though I worked far longer than my ex-colleagues.
