Pros
They pay on time. OK if you need to get your foot in the Government Door and get your clearance, then start looking for something else.
Cons
The Program Manager is completely out of touch with IT and does not understand how to hire quality people because of his lack of IT knowledge. The fact of the matter is he vividly reflects the lack of talent identification and fitment analysis skills. The turn over rate is HIGH. This is because under qualified people are being hired to save money. They become frustrated and leave, or the worst ones stay and don't leave.
