      Most likely, you will not feel part of the company, just feeling of using yourself Communication is so bad Not corporate Not giving IDE licence Onboarding process so bad, there is no answer for many business logic questions in coding, documantation Suddenly they can say today is your last day Subcontractors for US company

      Pros

      Very impressed with this place: paychecks arrive early, which is always a nice surprise. HR is on the ball—super quick to respond to anything you need. The tech managers really know their stuff, making complex projects a lot easier to handle. Plus, there are tons of training events to help you up your game.
