I met a lot of good, hard working people at VCC.

Like any job, your manager makes or breaks your experience and the same is true here at VCC. Office politics are everywhere and the perks we enjoyed at the beginning of my time were slowly diminishing. The office culture is something they really tried to promote but it was difficult to ever be happy for a long period of time there. There are quite a few other mortgage companies in the area and I would advise to look at those companies instead if you are interested in this field.
