Circling the drain - Anonymous employee VDC Research Employee Review

VDC's leadership team appreciates the constructive feedback of all employees, past and present. While we strive to provide a positive work experience for every employee, we recognize that emotions can run high when an employer and employee separate. That said, to imply that VDC is "circling the drain" is to fundamentally mischaracterize the state of the business. While the firm has gone through some right-sizing and can certainly make improvements to aspects of its operations and culture, it is well positioned to have a very strong 2014 (...and beyond). The company continues to employ an extremely talented set of individuals, is on solid financial footing, and retains a loyal set of blue-chip clients including ARM, Microsoft, Motorola, HP, Dell, Huawei, Intel, and many others. To say that the firm is "circling the drain" is to make an inaccurate statement based upon a limited understanding of the true state of the business.
