Unfortunately nothing, perhaps a one hour lunch?

Cons

Poor resource team. Forced on phones when you were completing work. Say they’re not a call centre, but they are. They love targets. Say they include everyone but if managers see you as a threat or think your face doesn’t fit, they make it their mission to get you out.

Pros

I've been with Velux for a relatively short time, but without a doubt, this is where I'll be forever. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel that it is important to share. This company has some of the kindest, most remarkable human beings. This company brought out a passion in me that I haven't felt in a long time. I've been with similar companies with similar values before, and I know far too well what it's like drinking the Kool-aid. This is different. I would give the shirt off my back for the people here, not because I need to or because they ask me to, but because I want to.

Cons

Not a con, I think it's hard to really understand for some people what it's like to work for a company with an international structure. It's going to have its nuances, and those nuances are sometimes hard to explain. But when you get to start understanding the WHY, you start to realize that everything makes a lot of sense.
