Pros
Great experience to work in a flat office environment; you really get exposure and an understanding of the entire operation. Given the license to work on a multitude of projects and receive training both in house and offsite. Great organizational culture and management team. Benefits and compensation are better than many companies in the industry.
Cons
Overtime can be killer, definitely challenges work life balance. Positions often go unfilled for long periods of time due to decentralized recruitment practices, and requests for additional resources are often slow.
