Pros

Just like any "Lala" Organisation

Cons

1. Poor organization culture 2. Poor pay scale 3. Top Heavy organisation with little or no concern about frontline staff 4. Employees forced to go on Leave without pay for indefinite period during COVID-19 affected period 5. All increments/ performance bonus for the 2019-20 period not paid due to COVID-19 6. Management claims the organisation to be 20 strong years old, however is unable to pay even 50% of salary of employees for a period of even 1 month 7. Absolutely not concerned for employees heath & safety 8. Unable to recognize and reward employees, inspite of earning huge profits due to hard work of frontline staff in 2019-20. 9. Organisation plagued with favouritism and internal politics. 10. No Career Growth opportunities. 11. No work life balance 12. Company expects that employees sent on indefinite leave without pay to look for a job and move out so that it can again exploit fresh set of employees from their deserving income

Pros

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
