Pros
No Pros. They are liars, cheats, frauds and take advantage of smart, technical, hard working people by giving them 60% rate and hold your pay for 3 to 4 pay periods and they will manipulate your resume and if you leave, they will send a mass email to all their vendors blacklisting you. Do not trust them.
Cons
These guys are crooks. They will create a huge problem for you later on. Once you get a job, they will keep 40% of your pay and wont pay for the first 6 to 8 weeks and they will threaten you by holding your visa and blacklist you to all vendors. Once there, your stuck. They are unethical please beware please. Its better for you to pay someone to train you and then set you free with a resume.
