      Pros

      HQ office is nice and modern providing everything you need along with an awesome sea view. I have seen a dev becoming the CTO so there is definitely room to growth

      Cons

      There is much turn over it's hard to get to know someone. There is a lot of politics going I saw someone mentioned "Game of Thrones" in the comments i think its a good description of what you are in when you join VGW. People get fired by surprised their laptop gets remotely locked before they could even say bye to their team.

      Most leaders are open-minded. Remote work for most departments.

      Waiting for a permanent office space.

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
