      Pros

      Great people to work with and a lot of interesting projects to focus on. Management style is great and the success of our portfolio shows that, The managers are always open to answering questions and offering further development.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a financial benefit to loyalty with the company. Raises and salary adjustments do not match that of market value.
