My employment here has been a nightmare. Leadership has no accountability and they’re bullies. This place has a serious known racism issue that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. We are always short staffed and it is a revolving door. The department is more ran by staff members who are buddy buddy with leadership. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I see people get positions handed to them, that they clearly do not qualify for - which is unfair. Health insurance is expensive and not worth it. Patients come in the office and do whatever they want which causes disruption. I’ve taken concerns to upper management and just very dismissive.
