Stressful and underrecognized role - Clinical Study Coordinator VHIO Employee Review

1) stressful job, too many patients for study coordinator 2) despite they require people with healthcare/life-science backgrounds there is not much science input to provide (good managerial skills but forget to apply your scientific knowledge) 3) unless you are a MD or nurse, no one will hear your opinion 4) lack of material (i.e. 1 nokia per 3 coordinators vs. last-generation iphones for each MD) 5) no possibilities to progress in the company (at my stage event not in salary)
